Press Temper

The purpose of tempering treatment is to adjust hardness, eliminate quenching stress, recover ductility, etc., Clamping the products to some plate jigs, distortion can be removed by tempering with applying pressure. It is called press-temper. At our PPV, we receive press-temper orders for many kinds of bicycle parts, typically separator plate for auto parts.
