Non-lubricating coating treatment As a method similar to coating, it is posible to obtain a surface layer with an extremely high friction coefficient even on complex-shaped metal and resin products. When obtaining surface layer, thickness of film can be controled with high accuracy, and softly or hardly surface treatment can be selected depending on the hardness of the material.
Multifunctional insulation treatment This is a multi-functional film treatment method with inclusive insulation properties. By adding an insulating film, it is posible to prevent electrolytic corrosion, stray currents, and defects caused by the flow of electricity. I is also suitable for insulation requirements of next-generation vehicles such as EVs and PHVs and electronic equipment that are being promoted by influence of electricity.
Water proofing/non-adhesive treatment It is a treatment method that use meterial with main ingrediente of fluoride, which has water proofing effect and non-adhesive properties to increase dirt resistance and water proofing functions.
Heat resistance/insulation treatment This is a treatment method that expected to creat products with cheaper price than usual by high heat-resistance surface treatment for products used in high temperature environments. The thermal insulation properties of the film can be improved by adding hollow ceramic to the film to increase heat dissipation and insulation
