Vacuum Quenching Furnace

We started our vacuum treatment business in 2022. We are receiving a lot of demand for spot and tests batches.

<Specification of vacuum heat treatment>

• Heating in the vacuum atmosphere and cooled with N2 gas, so oxidation and decarbonization almost don’t occur.
• The product surface is not oxidized so it will be clear and shiny after heat treatment.

→ The complete processing can be shortened.  

• Heating by using radiant heat to gradually increase the temperature so the product has less deformation and warping.

→ However, there are still cases where warping and deformation occur due to cooling conditions, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• Due to the low amount of CO2 emitted during the treatment process, this is an environmentally friendly treatment method.

• Weight of goods handled: MAX 350kg
• Operating temperature: 500 ~ 1200^oC/highest reaches 1250^oC
• Cooling gas: N2
